In the fourth quarter of 2024, the top business apps in the UK demonstrated varied performance across downloads, revenue, and active users. This analysis, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides insights into these metrics for Microsoft Teams, Indeed Job Search, Zoom Workplace, Microsoft Authenticator, and LinkedIn: Jobs & Business News.

Microsoft Teams saw a decline in weekly downloads from early October, starting at around 142K and dropping to about 40K by the end of December. Active users peaked at over 10M in early October but decreased to approximately 6.6M by the end of the quarter.

Indeed Job Search maintained relatively stable weekly downloads, ranging from about 75K to 71K, with a slight dip mid-quarter. Active users fluctuated slightly, ending the quarter with approximately 1.9M users.

Zoom Workplace experienced a steady weekly revenue, beginning at around $42K and gradually decreasing to about $31K by the year's end. Downloads started at 56K and fell to 26K, while active users showed a notable decrease from 2.6M to 1.7M.

Microsoft Authenticator had a consistent pattern in weekly downloads, starting at 131K and decreasing to 53K. Active users remained robust, with a slight dip from 10M to 8.6M by the end of December.

LinkedIn: Jobs & Business News reported the highest weekly revenue among the apps, starting at $864K and maintaining around $850K by the end of the quarter. Downloads saw a decrease from 48K to 29K, with active users slightly dropping from 6.5M to 5.7M.
